Step away from the busyness of life and explore faith, friendship, and community in the calm rhythm of Benedictine life. These retreats provide time for prayer, reflection, and shared activities that help young adults connect with one another. Through discussion, group reflection and the Abbey’s daily rhythm of prayer, participants are encouraged to build meaningful relationships while exploring their spiritual journey. A welcoming and supportive environment allows friendships to form naturally, rooted in shared experience and reflection. Whether new to retreats or familiar with monastic life, these retreats offer space to pause, connect, and grow together.
